All Community Center room rentals require BSCA sponsorship

(Rental rates are for a 3-hour period, each additional hour is $50)

Tier A: No Charge

Official BSCA, BSSC and BSST events

Tier B: $50

BSCA member family events (parties, dinners)

Non-profit event with significant BSCA member participant

Tier C: $100

Non-profit event

Tier D: $150

Other event

Am I eligible to rent the Community Center room?

Use of the Community Center room is reserved for the Burke Station Citizens Association community. All room rentals require BSCA organization or individual member sponsorship.

What tier does my event fall into?

If you are unsure of your event's tier, please feel free to email the room manager at

bsca.room@gmail.com.

I want to rent the Community Center room. Who can I call?

Requests to rent the room are made using the online form. After submitting your rental request, you will receive an email confirmation within 3-5 days. The room manager may require additional information to ensure the proper rate tier.

Are set-up and clean-up times included in the rate?

The 3-hour rental period is an inclusive time period. If your event is 3 hours, please plan at least an additional hour fee into your rental rate.

Is there a rental agreement?

Yes, a rental agreement will be provided after approval of your event. A signed copy of the agreement is required prior to your event.

Do I need to pay by check or is there an online option?

Payment will need to be made by check made out to BSCA. If you prefer an online payment option, just ask after receiving a response to your request.

Does the room have a capacity limit?

Yes, the capacity of the room is 75 persons.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when receiving the keys to the building or at least three days prior to the event.

Is there a cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee. We ask that you reach out to the room manager at bsca.room@gmail.com as soon as possible to inform them that you no longer need the room.

Is there a security deposit, am I required to clean the room after my event?

There is no security deposit. We will provide you the room in a clean state and we ask that you return the room to the same condition. Garbage should be disposed of in the outside trash totes next to the shed. We provide cleaning supplies.

Can I set up a recurring rental of the space?

I want to use the Community Center parking lot to collect goods for a food drive. Is there a fee?

There is no fee to use the Community Center parking lot. As long as a BSCA sponsored event, use of the Community Center parking lot is allowed. If you want to use the parking lot please have the sponsor email bsca.room@gmail.com at least 10 days prior to your planned event.

I want to have a food truck park at the Community Center parking lot. The entire community will be able to come and purchase food. Can I do this?

As long as a BSCA sponsored event, use of the Community Center parking lot is allowed. All groups wanting to use the parking lot need to email bsca.room@gmail.com at least 10 days prior to their planned event. Additional restrictions may apply.
