The Community Center Room is available for rental by all members of the Burke Station Citizens Association (BSCA) community. All room rentals require BSCA organization or individual member sponsorship. The building has heat and air conditioning and a kitchen equipped with appliances including a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Banquet tables and chairs are available for use.
All Community Center room rentals require BSCA sponsorship
(Rental rates are for a 3-hour period, each additional hour is $50)
Tier A: No Charge
Official BSCA, BSSC and BSST events
Tier B: $50
BSCA member family events (parties, dinners)
Non-profit event with significant BSCA member participant
Tier C: $100
Non-profit event
Tier D: $150
Other event

Private parking is NEVER provided in the pool parking lot. The lot is intended for the use of community room patrons and/or Burke Station activities.
All groups wanting to use the parking lot need to email bsca.room@gmail.com at least 10 days prior to their planned event. Additional restrictions may apply.

Requests to rent the room are made using the online form. After submitting your rental request, you will receive an email confirmation within 3-5 days. The room manager may require additional information to ensure the proper rate tier.
The 3-hour rental period is an inclusive time period. If your event is 3 hours, please plan at least an additional hour fee into your rental rate.
Yes, a rental agreement will be provided after approval of your event. A signed copy of the agreement is required prior to your event.
Payment will need to be made by check made out to BSCA. If you prefer an online payment option, just ask after receiving a response to your request.
Yes, the capacity of the room is 75 persons.
Payment is due when receiving the keys to the building or at least three days prior to the event.
There is no cancellation fee. We ask that you reach out to the room manager at bsca.room@gmail.com as soon as possible to inform them that you no longer need the room.
There is no security deposit. We will provide you the room in a clean state and we ask that you return the room to the same condition. Garbage should be disposed of in the outside trash totes next to the shed. We provide cleaning supplies.
