Welcome to Burke Station Square!
Please use the section at the bottom of the page to connect with us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
For single family homes: The Burke Station Citizens Association does not currently have separate architectural standards. Our governing documents provide basic standards and the association relies on Fairfax County ordinances for guidelines not included in our bylaws or founding documents. We generally ask that you are mindful of your neighbors when making changes. For town homes: The Burke Station Townhome Association DOES have architectural standards, changes to the outside of your home generally needs board approval. Contact East Coast Management at eastcoastmgmt@aol.com for more information.
BSCA is not responsible for trees that are on personal property. Please contact the Board if there are concerns with trees on common property.
The board is elected and/or reelected every four years. If you are a resident of the community and are interested in learning more about opportunities to serve please contact board.burkestation@gmail.com.
For community maintenance issues within the town home areas, concerns should be reported directly to East Coast Management, eastcoastmgmt@aol.com. For concerns outside of the town home areas, please see the Community Maintenance information on the Residents page.
Board Members are elected volunteers, while we strive to respond within 48 hours there will occasionally be delays as personal responsibilities are present.
