For single family homes: The Burke Station Citizens Association does not currently have separate architectural standards. Our governing documents provide basic standards and the association relies on Fairfax County ordinances for guidelines not included in our bylaws or founding documents. We generally ask that you are mindful of your neighbors when making changes. For town homes: The Burke Station Townhome Association DOES have architectural standards, changes to the outside of your home generally needs board approval. The board is elected and/or reelected every four years. If you are a resident of the community and are interested in learning more about opportunities to serve please contact board.burkestation@gmail.com.
