BSCA Residents may take advantage of the BSCA Member Rate until April 30. Starting May 1, only Regular Member Rates are available.
BSCA Member Rate available to owners and/or residents of a BSCA property. All BSCA Members of BSSC must be in good standing on yearly assessments.
